What to know about returning unwanted holiday gifts

After the holiday gifts have been unwrapped, the National Retail Federation predicts nearly $900 billion in goods will be returned starting Friday. This week alone, retailers will see two-to-three times the number of returns than usual. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave has more.
