FBI says New Orleans attacker likely acted alone

According to federal investigators, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the man who drove a truck into a crowd in New Orleans on New Year’s Day, likely carried out the attack alone. The FBI says Jabbar posted five videos to social media in the hours before the attack, including one claiming he joined ISIS.
